1. No Return / No Refund Policy
At Paras Textiles, every product — including advocate gowns, coats, bands, collars, shirts, and accessories — is crafted with extreme care, premium-quality materials, and precise tailoring standards.
Because all items are specially stitched, sized, or processed per order, we follow a strict No Refund and No Return policy.
Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered by customer
- Preference change after receiving the product
- Not liking the style, fabric, or look (subjective reasons)
2. Exceptions — When Replacement Is Allowed
Although we do not offer refunds or exchanges in general, a replacement may be provided **only under the following rare and genuine circumstances**:
- You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
- The product is damaged during transit
- A manufacturing defect is present
In such cases, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos and order details.
Replacements for such cases will take around 7-10 business days to be processed and delivered
We reserve the right to inspect the issue before providing a replacement.
Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
3. Conditions for Replacement Approval
For a replacement request to be valid, the product must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags, packaging, and accessories
- Match the issue reported (the company verifies discrepancies)
4. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed because stitching and preparation begin immediately.
5. Contact for Replacement Requests
For issues related to wrong, damaged, or defective products, contact us within 48 hours:
